Cherry Enterprises is an India-based business with nearly 10 years of experience, having served over 5,000 customers across the country with vending machines, water dispensers, beverage premixes, coffee beans, and related accessories.

2 Use of This Website

4 Products & Pricing

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
• Promotional discounts and offer codes are subject to their individual terms.

5 Orders & Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing for B2B or bulk orders.
• Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking as displayed at checkout.
• Cherry Enterprises does not store your card or payment details. All transactions are processed securely by our payment gateway partner.

6 Delivery

Cherry Enterprises delivers across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Ownership and risk passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

7 Warranty & AMC

• All vending machines and water dispensers come with a 1-year free on-site service warranty from the date of delivery.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
• Warranty does not cover: misuse, power surges, consumables, or unauthorised repairs.

After the warranty period, customers may opt for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). AMC fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.

8 Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds: 7–10 business days to original payment method, or 1–2 business days as store credit.
• Opened consumables are non-returnable.

All content on cherryvend.com is the property of Cherry Enterprises or its licensed suppliers and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Product brands such as Atlantis are trademarks of their respective owners. Cherry Enterprises is an authorised reseller.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Cherry Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. In all cases, maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

11 Third-Party Links & Brands

cherryvend.com may contain links to third-party websites. Cherry Enterprises is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website. Brand names and trademarks of products we sell belong to their respective owners.

12 Dealer & B2B Terms

• Bulk order pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules are subject to separate written agreement.
• Dealer agreements do not grant exclusivity unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.
• Cherry Enterprises reserves the right to approve or decline dealership applications at its sole discretion.
• Dealers may not misrepresent the products, pricing, or warranty terms to end customers.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the Indian Contract Act 1872.

Disputes shall first be attempted through direct communication. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14 Changes to These Terms

Cherry Enterprises reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of cherryvend.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
