1 Cancellations
✅ You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

After dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return after delivery in line with the applicable return conditions below.
⚠️ For same-day or express orders, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to cancel before dispatch.
Cancellation by Cherry Enterprises
We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances including product out of stock, pricing error, payment not verified, or delivery address outside our serviceable area. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective on arrival (DOA)
- Inspect your product upon delivery.
- Report any physical damage or functional defect within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or a short video.
- We will arrange a free pickup and either replace the product or process a full refund, at your choice.
Wrong product delivered
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange collection and ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on machines or dispensers once delivered and installed. We strongly encourage you to book a free demo before purchasing.
⚠️ Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.

Accepted returns
- Wrong product delivered: Report within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace or refund.
- Damaged packaging on delivery: Report within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace or refund.
- Product quality issue: Report within 7 days of delivery if expired, stale, or significantly different from description.
🚫 Premix powders and coffee beans that have been opened, partially used, or whose sealed packaging has been broken cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Single-use items (cups, stirrers, sachets) follow the same policy — returns accepted only if damaged on delivery, wrong item, or quality defect reported within 48 hours with photos.
4 Returns — Spares & Accessories

- Returns accepted if defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect — reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Electrical components that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
5 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Opened or used premix powders, coffee beans, sachets, cups, stirrers, or any other single-use consumable.
- Products with tampered, broken, or missing serial numbers.
- Machines damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
- Products returned without prior authorisation from our team.
- Items purchased under special promotions or clearance sales unless faulty.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) once service has commenced.

Share photos or video of the issue
Send clear images or a short video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.
Receive return authorisation
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days. Do not return any product without receiving authorisation first.
Return the product (if required)
For machines and dispensers, we arrange a free pickup. Return shipping for premixes/accessories will be reimbursed if the issue is our fault.
Receive your refund or replacement
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund or replacement will be processed within the timelines below.

8 Warranty vs. Refund
